    Shipping times depend on your chosen shipping method and destination. For domestic U.S. orders:

    • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

    For international orders, delivery times can vary based on the destination, but typically range from 7-21 business days.

  • Delays:
    While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance for international orders. We will notify you if there are any significant delays affecting your order.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method you select and your delivery location. You will be able to view the exact shipping costs at checkout before confirming your order.

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. This offer does not apply to expedited or express shipping.

  • International Shipping Fees:
    For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the size/weight of the order. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Flylite is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Address Changes:
    If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@flylite.xyz. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

  • Returned Packages:
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.


5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries. However, please note the following:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes:

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the products or shipping fees. Flylite is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

    Due to shipping restrictions, some countries may not be eligible for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you during the checkout process.


7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes:
    We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping methods. However, expedited or express shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes.

  • APO/FPO Addresses:
    We offer shipping to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may be longer than standard domestic shipping.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages:
    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first to investigate the issue. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us at info@flylite.xyz, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

  • Damaged Packages:
    If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and provide photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or assisting with a claim through the shipping carrier.

We are unable to ship to certain addresses due to restrictions imposed by the carrier, local laws, or other factors. If your shipping address falls within one of these restricted zones, we will notify you at checkout, and your order may be canceled or refunded.
